Booking + Payment

How do I book a session?

  • Book directly through the website by selecting your session tier and choosing an available date/time.
  • If you don’t see a time that works, use the contact form to request availability.

Do you offer payment plans?

  • Yes. If you’d like a payment plan for a premium session or larger order, contact me, and I’ll confirm availability.

Do you offer hair + makeup recommendations?

  • Not currently.

Can I purchase additional images later?

·       Yes. You can buy more images from your session up to one year later.

Do you offer rush editing?

·       It depends on the number of images. Additional fees will apply.

Are studio sessions wheelchair accessible / is parking available?

·       Yes.

Is there a bathroom available?

·       Yes.

What if it rains for outdoor sessions?

·       We’ll reschedule for the next convenient weather window.  

Do you photograph pets?

·       No, unfortunately.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Late Policy

What if I need to reschedule?

  • Reschedules are allowed with a 24-hour notice and are subject to availability. Your session will be moved to the next best opening.
  • If someone is sick, please reach out as soon as possible,—health comes first.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Session payments/retainers are typically non-refundable and may be applied toward a future session within 6 months.

What happens if we’re late?

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session time will be reduced.
  • More than 15 minutes may require rescheduling upon availability.
  • A $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

What happens if I don’t show up?

·       No-shows forfeit the session and any retainer/payment made. A new booking is required to reschedule.

Other

What should we wear?

  • I recommend neutral tones, minimal logos, and coordinating (not matching).
  • After booking, you’ll receive guidance to help outfits look cohesive and timeless.

What if my child won’t cooperate?

  • Totally normal. We’ll take breaks and keep it a low-pressure approach; the goal is connection, not perfection.
