Which business tier should I book?
- Studio Express: perfect for a quick, polished headshot for LinkedIn, media, and your website.
- Teams: perfect for big groups.
What should I wear for a headshot?
- Solid colors photograph best. Bring options that align with your personality, industry, and personal brand. Avoid busy patterns and large logos unless it’s intentional for your brand.
Do you include LinkedIn and social media crops?
· Yes. Crops included vary by package; additional custom crops can be requested.
Can I use my headshots for business/commercial use?
- Yes—your session includes usage for your own website, social media, press, and marketing.
- Third-party resale/stock licensing is not included unless agreed in writing.
Teams Session FAQ
How does a Teams session work?
- Teams sessions are scheduled as a dedicated studio block to create consistent, on-brand headshots for every team member efficiently.
How should employees dress?
- Solid colors photograph best. Bring options that align with your personality, industry, and personal brand. Avoid busy patterns and large logos unless it’s intentional for your brand.
Retouching / RAW / Gallery
What does “retouched” mean?
- Professional polish such as skin smoothing (natural), color correction, blemish cleanup, stray hair fixes, and overall refinement.
- I keep edits realistic and timeless.
- I do not provide body reshaping/extreme edits.
- If you prefer no retouching, let me know.
- If you need a particular retouching, let me know before the shoot.
Do you deliver RAW/unedited files?
- No—RAW files are not delivered.
How long is my gallery available?
- Galleries are available for a month. If you need more time, just let me know.
- It is the client’s responsibility to download their purchased images before the expiration date.
Prints, Wall Art & Ordering Help
Do you offer prints and wall art?
- Yes—prints and wall art are available.
What is a print credit and how do I use it?
- If your package includes a print credit (example: $50 print credit), it can be applied toward eligible print/wall art purchases during ordering.
Do you help with choosing what to print?
- Yes. Guided ordering is available/included for certain tiers and is strongly recommended for wall art.
Do prints come framed?
· Prints are delivered unframed unless framing is purchased as an add-on. I can help you select framing options. Additional fees will apply.
Are your fine art prints open edition or limited edition?
- They are all open edition.
How are fine art prints fulfilled?
- Orders are fulfilled using my trusted professional print providers to ensure quality and consistency. Because prints are made to order, production times may vary.
Apparel FAQ
Is the artwork on the products original?
- Yes. All design are based on a real photograph that is also available as a fine art print.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- · Returns accepted for defective items or incorrect items shipped.
- · Customer is responsible for return shipping (online orders), unless the item is defective/wrong.
- · Returns/exchanges from goods bought at the store are accepted if unworn, unused, and returned within one week.
- · There are no returns on final sales or clearance/custom items.

How long does shipping take?
- Production + shipping times vary by item. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout and/or in product listings.
Do you ship internationally?
