Shipping policy

Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders under $10.00
- FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders $10.00 and above
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (faster delivery)
Processing Time All items are made-to-order and custom printed just for you.
- Processing time: 2-5 business days before your order ships
- Production begins immediately after payment is confirmed
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information
Delivery Time Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing is complete:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Order Tracking All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.
Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may ship from different fulfillment locations. Each item will have its own tracking number, and items may arrive separately.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once production has begun.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at paloma@ayalapaloma.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
