Refund policy

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds processed within 14 after approval
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Refund Eligibility:

  • Defective products: Full refund or replacement
  • Wrong item shipped: Full refund or replacement
  • Damaged in transit: Full refund or replacement
  • Customer changed mind: No refund (since items are custom made)

How to Request:

  • Contact you at paloma@ayalapaloma.com within 14 days of receiving order
  • Include photos of defective/damaged items
  • Include order number

What's NOT refundable:

  • Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Change of mind after production has started

Important to know: All items are made-to-order. Production begins immediately after purchase.
