Refund policy
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds processed within 14 after approval
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Refund Eligibility:
- Defective products: Full refund or replacement
- Wrong item shipped: Full refund or replacement
- Damaged in transit: Full refund or replacement
- Customer changed mind: No refund (since items are custom made)
How to Request:
- Contact you at paloma@ayalapaloma.com within 14 days of receiving order
- Include photos of defective/damaged items
- Include order number
What's NOT refundable:
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Change of mind after production has started
Important to know: All items are made-to-order. Production begins immediately after purchase.
